"I was put in touch with a technician named Tom. He was able to help me diagnose the issue with the bake igniter in my gas oven, during a remote video call. Tom sent me a link for the replacement part and explained how to install it. He even gave me a helpful tip for how to clean my oven’s glass window. I was able to replace the part easily using Tom’s instructions. I am very satisfied with the repair and with the help I got from Tom."

"Mr. Kent was great and it was great getting to talk with him while he replaced the door seat on my washer. He made the experience enjoyable while being professional and polite. He made it a point to communicate with me several times prior to arrival, got the job done and was very fair and reasonable in his rate. Thank you and please know we will be recommending McKinney Appliance and Satellite to our friends and family."
