He came and assessed the project and although the temperature was extreme he wisely came out in the cool of the evening, worked until dark and returned the next day to complete the job. Because the weather had turned warm and it was warm where Mr. Lee was working, I turned on the air conditioner briefly to cool things down. A vent high on the wall leaked some condensation, which streaked the wall below it and ultimately left streaks in the paint. I tried three times to repair it, to no avail.
