"On Friday, I called the office to schedule appointment; they had slots available Saturday and Monday. On Monday, Tony called ahead to make sure I was there, and arrived on time. He diagnosed and fixed the problem SUPER quickly with a new ice maker he had ready in his truck. I was a bit disappointed that the $100 I paid for maintenance was something that I could have done myself had I known how to do it, but that's my bad, not theirs. I used an Angie's list coupon for $25 off, and, due to the high cost of repair, was able to negotiate another $25 off. (Original price was $489). "Leonid came over on monday and charged me only $45.00 to remove metal that was causing strange noise from dryer.
When we later attempted to use dryer following day, motor would not turn over when power was on. He could not come that afternoon, but came over as promised the next morning and found my wife's anklet stuck in motor compartment. 
Leonid is courteous, friendly, straight-to-the-point, and has tried to keep the cost minimal as he did when was able to partially repair our dishwasher even though we need a new one.
