"On Friday, I called the office to schedule appointment; they had slots available Saturday and Monday. On Monday, Tony called ahead to make sure I was there, and arrived on time. He diagnosed and fixed the problem SUPER quickly with a new ice maker he had ready in his truck. I was a bit disappointed that the $100 I paid for maintenance was something that I could have done myself had I known how to do it, but that's my bad, not theirs. I used an Angie's list coupon for $25 off, and, due to the high cost of repair, was able to negotiate another $25 off. (Original price was $489).
