"Considering that they didn't have much to work with the job turned out okay. The previous home owners had apparently used an inexperienced tile person to update the shower and the work was not done well. Eran and his crew had to reattach a shelf and do some regrouting. Their work was difficult because of the state of the shower. I wish they could have done miracles, but at least the shelf is reattached. The grout is still in the curing stage so we are not sure how it will look when that is all done. They were right on time for the appointment and worked quickly. The main issue I have with this company is that the listing on Angie's List says that they accept charge cards. When the work was done and I tried to pay with Visa, Eran said he only accepts cash or check. This was new information. So be aware that if you do business with this company you will have to pay by cash or check. I think their information on Angies List should be updated to remove the credit option if that is no longer available."

"Steve's work was excellent. After a very thorough cleaning he resealed and buffed our kitchen counter tops which now look great. Completely happy. We've already used him a second time, to clean and repair a very tricky tile floor. Steve and his associate Perri were the first (after several others had tried without success) to correctly diagnose and treat the problem - no more filthy, flaking grout and visible cracked tiles; the floor looks like new and is holding up well. We will definitely be calling Steve again in the future."

Basically, he seems to clean one section and not the other.
Simply got some type of wax and buffed the granite...that's it.
I am not sure if the service was worth the cost.

We needed a rush order, because someone was coming out of the hospital.  Andre helped us to accomplish this goal.  He is helped us pick the perfect carpet for the house. "The man they sent out to clean my entry tile and grout did a fabulous job! You could tell that he cared about the outcome and was not just going through the motions. My tumbled marble flooring was quite dirty and he worked to get all of the residue out of the "pockets" in the tumbled marble. When he was done cleaning, he applied a sealer. Unfortunately, the sealer was not absorbed evenly into the marble. When I called about the problem, he immediately came back out and happily took care of the situation. I am very pleased with the outcome."
