"Hugo and his crew saved the day and my tight schedule. I originally scheduled Coit to clean and seal a very dirty tile and grout floor in a kitchen family room and Hallway. The representative arrived 1.5 hrs late. Then declined to do the job. I was beyond livid. Before the guy was in his truck I was looking for a replacement on HomeAdvisor. I got a call back within 5 minutes and Hugo and team arrived as promised an hour later. Not only did they clean and seal the floor. Hugo said he could do much more. He did everything I had listed in my timeline that I didn't think was possible to do yet. He cleaned some blinds in place others he took with to clean off site. He took the draperies to clean off site, he took two large nasty area rugs to clean off site.
