They worked around my schedule and were flexible to my needs. Even though the work was done in winter time and had to be delayed a couple of times due to weather they still let me choose the start day of installation, then were able to complete the job in one day, including clean up. I spoke to them in advance about that this was an insurance claim, and they were very understanding, and performed the work before ever getting a check. They offered and explained the upgrade options in advance and brought samples to my house allowing us to choose a color out of a fairly good selection. Overall the roof looks great after completion and has held up quite well through a bit of snow and some day long rain events. We have been nothing but pleased with the entire process."
