"Ricky and Gutter Glove were wonderful. Ricky had coordinated with me over the phone and come by previously to help determine the estimate. When they began the repairs, Ricky was discovered that he would be able to repair rather than replace the gutter. We were already set for the replacement--piece was on the truck--but Ricky was very helpful in finding a better way. We were ready with the checkbook to pay more for what we had agreed on. They could have easily made more money on the deal. I take this as a sign of a conscientious approach with the long term rather than the quick buck in mind. And the work backed that up.
