"My awning was over 10 years old and still worked perfectly but the fabric had fade and was torn. Patio enclosures did the original install and when I contacted them, they still had all my information and measurement on file! They had over 100 colors and patterns to select from and the materials arrived ahead of schedule. My installers (Dave and Al) were friendly, knowledgeable and very methodical in the way they carefully removed the old materials, clean the tracks and replaced and tested the new install. They even suggested using the touch up paint while they had the cover off instead of being in a hurry to rush to the next job. I was very pleased with the whole process from ordering to final installation. I highly recommend them for any outdoor enclosure! 5 Stars!!"

"When we started our plan of remodeling, the first thing we did was the complete roof replacement including kitchen vent & duct pipe installation to the roof, and new installation of attic ventilation. MMP did not only completed it just as agreed but also very efficiently. The crews were friendly, professional, and careful. The jobs were carefully managed and implemented effectively. I was impressed by Matt, who is the manager, and he does an outstanding job in managing the crews and the progress of the situation, and the communication was clear and always to the point. We then moved to initiate a search for a contractor of two bathrooms remodeling after completing the roof and attic vent, MMP was one of the many candidates. Matt has had not only the best idea and proposals but also shown an impressive & professional sense of evaluating the project accurately, including the possible structural modification as well as a competitive estimate of the cost of the build. His proposal included a rebuild of a wall of the bathroom to expand another one adjacent to it. Matt accepted to use my schematic design image (made with a software tool) and a spreadsheet list of the fixtures that I created - as many as fifty items including TOTO, Grohe, American Standard, Panasonic, and IKEA - to start the job (later changed some of them due to local plumbing code compliance) After beginning the bathroom remodel project, Matt shared what jobs will be done with us timely and efficiently via text so that we feel comfortable enough in knowing what is going on while living in the house of dust & noise from remodeling. The crews, Zen and Mark, were very courteous, extensively experienced, reliable, and friendly with excellent communication, sometimes with songs of 80s rock music. They ask me when more precise specifications are needed and notified me when they feel advance notifications are required. When a change is necessary due to inspection, they informed me and clarified what and why. I have never felt uncomfortable in living together with the remodel job which has lasted over four months. The completed two bathrooms were stunning, just as I imagined. Matt, Zen, and Mark have proved their strong & thoughtful expertise and lived up with my request patiently until completion. Great job. A home remodeling project cannot be successful without having a trusted partner, and my experience with MMP has led me to be glad to share my confidence that MMP has a credential to become your reliable partner to manage a construction project together."

"Khaled and his crew built a large 2-story garage for us and it came out wonderful. Khaled managed multiple sub-contractors, engineers, and the town's building department. The build did not always go according to plan and it did end up taking longer than anticipated, but that is to be expected with construction projects - especially in this worker & supply-limited climate. Despite delays and setbacks, Khaled always has his customer's interest at heart, and will make sure that the work is done well. I would recommend Abalia Construction and will use them again in the future."

"We highly recommend Kinsella Built! We appreciated their work so much that we have recommended them to all of our friends in need of construction. Now that is the true testimonial! We had a significant project (7 months total)- we put on an addition, created an open concept downstairs & finished our basement. Yet despite the breadth of the work - Kinsella and Team showed an immense work ethic from start to finish. Every day they were there at 7AM and put in a full day. The quality of their work was also bar none. We have seen many new builds/other construction projects where the contractors cut corners or create a shoddy product. "Eric's team rebuilt our entire three season room, which was not functional. It is now, thanks to Mike and Brian. It also looks very good! Mike works hard at getting things done, and teaches the younger crew very well. He is structured and trustworthy. He also was patient answering my questions (I always have too many..!). Brian pays great attention to detail! I was impressed by how good the tile work looks, and also how good the finishing of the decking to the landing looks like, which he did. They also had to partly redo the patio, and it looks better than before."

"Excellent job!! From start to finish!! Carlos was one of three quotes I received and quickly called me to check in on the quote. He worked with me on costs. Carlos and his team came quickly to my condo (that I rent out) to assess and repair damages after it got flooded. Parts of walls needed replacement, insulation needed to be checked and fixed, baseboards, floor needed to be pulled up and replaced, cabinets (including the sink and stove and fridge) and granite counters needed to be pulled out from wall to check for water damage behind walls, and then put back, walls needed to be painted. The team worked quickly and professionally, and was always polite and courteous. They were understanding that the condo was a rental and I was losing income while it was not livable, and they worked quickly to make all the needed repairs. I had the chance to hire Carlos and his team again when I needed more painting and wall repair done, and they returned quickly once again, did another excellent job, and also worked within my budget. "Humberto is the best! He and his crew are reliable, careful, knowledgeable, and professional. They always clean up afterwards and are careful not to get paint chips (from power washing) or paint drips in the soil of my garden. I've hired him twice to paint the outside of my half of a duplex. My neighbor in the other half went in with me this time. A third neighbor who saw the work decided to have their freestanding house painted as well. A beautiful job all around.
