"I hired Bob to install a new induction range, replacing a cooktop and cutting some of the stone countertop. He also replaced the existing hood vent with an over-the-range microwave. He was very knowledgeable and was able to do all of the work involved by himself. (Two other people that I spoke with could only do one part of the work and had no idea who could help me with the other parts.) Bob knew exactly what needed to be done and gave me a quote that was very reasonable. He worked with us to figure out how to make it look like everything had originally been installed that way. He showed up on the days he promised and let us know when he was running late (he was only 15 minutes late). They started w maneuvering thru the numerous applications, permits, certifications, inspections required to begin.They oversaw the excavation, pouring of the new foundation and drain install. KinsellaBuilt coordinated w the several city departments to receive delivery of 6 massive modular units driven from Maine to be set by crane on a narrow city street. Once the partially constructed modular were placed connections and finishes were made by knowledgeable plumbing, electric, tile, paint, insulation, siding, flat roof subcontractors. We were in constant contact w KinsellaBuilt and kept informed of progress being made. Were there delays and a few overruns, during COVID, of course. All were circumstances beyond anybody’s control. We ended up with a quality product, a contractor I would use again and highly recommend."
