They provided a clear explanation of the installation process, answered questions directly, and completed the work efficiently. I valued their use of text messaging to arrange the work, as it was most efficient and allowed me to share photos of the work area so they could plan the installation in advance. "Everything went great. My water heater broke on Friday night. I put out a few messages for plumbers on Angie's List, and Shimon got back to me right away. I heard back from some other plumbers as well, but Shimon was able to do it the soonest and at the best price. Couldn't ask for more. He arrived at 10:30 a.m. Saturday morning and replaced the water heater, hauling the old one away. Very personable and professional. Highly recommend! I will use again when I need any plumbing services."

"We have had several Sila visits in recent months - all exceptional. VISIT 1: We had old pipes and valves that limited our dishwasher, so we had that replaced. While there, the Sila agent suggested we replace some of the attached lines and managed to streamline our hookups by removing some of the unneeded valves and connections no longer needed. VISIT 2: We similarly had a great visit and instal from David, who did a very beautiful install on our new water heater. He removed the broken unit, improved the connection design, put in improved valves and labelled each with a tag, then tagged other connections through the basement."
