Appt was scheduled for 9:30 am, called them at 10:15 and unfortunately the owner had had a very bad night with his mother in hospice care. Finally came at 11:20. They were willing to wear masks inside our house. Installation went very quickly and smoothly. They knocked $25 off their usual minimum hourly rate because of the delay. Very friendly, would definitely hire them again (and probably will for A/C removal in the Fall). Would have been 5 stars except for the arrival delay."

During the cabinet installation they were able to use extra material to create extra shelving and a great decoration piece that covered over an ugly vent pipe jutting out of a wall that wasn't originally in the designers plans. It came out looking beautiful and you would never have guessed it was there. They were very friendly and easy to work with guys which was relieving after meeting with other contractors for quotes and getting attitude on size of the job and that I didn't buy the cabinets or counter top through them. Would highly recommend as Todd stands by his quote (minus unforeseen issues for materials) and is a honorable contractor to work with."

He didn't remove a pipe from the roof, so water leaked in, soaked the insulation and left a water stain on the ceiling. I would never recommend him to anybody. I really trusted the guy. "Kaio did and very thorough and excellent job painting the bathroom and adjacent linen closet in my 60-year-old condo. There were various layers of different paint, peeling paint, and curling paint above the tile in the shower. He dealt with and improve the look of the overpainted metal on the grate to the vent and the metal heating unit. He adjusted the enclosure of the pocket door to the linen closet so that it wouldn’t scrape the paint on the door as the door was moved back and forth. He fixed the paint on the bathroom door that was peeling up from the bottom. After each day, Kaio left the area spotless. He was accommodating of my schedule and also of the way I needed to use my bathroom daily. He was clear about each step he would be doing and took time to address many small but important details. His price was very reasonable, especially considering the amount of work he put into the job. I would definitely recommend him to others and am very likely to use him again myself for other jobs."
