"Satisfied with the way the team worked. They cleaned up before they left for the day. Communicated with them that they would arrive each day very pleasantly. My specific request for this project was for real wood cabinets. However, the cabinets installed are made of fiberboard coated with white laminate. Furthermore, there is a visible reddish color showing through the material. I am very disappointed with the quality of the work, and it has been embarrassing to have visitors notice these defects. Given that the materials provided do not match what was requested, I am seeking a refund for half of the total amount paid. The total cost of the project was $21,848.00, making the requested refund amount $10,924.00."

"My work was supposed to be completed in December, I am supposed to get the 1st 6 months no payments but my bathroom is not finished the plumbers messed up and it was leaking down in my bathroom downstairs. They finally sent another plumber and he found the problem but he said he would be back when he got the part,. It has been 2 weeks and haven't heard a thing. I wish there was a way I could get out of this It is really poor customer service "
