"<p>I called a lot of places and only a few did the kind of work I needed.  Chris called me back within a day or so of my request for an estimate. I think he was out to look at the windows and give me an estimate within a week's time. He told me it would take a few weeks for the windows to come in.  He ordered the windows the very next day and left me a message that the order had been placed.  </p> <p>It did take several weeks for the windows to come in.  Chris called me on  Friday and was able to come out the following Wednesday to do the install.  All the work occurred outside the house. Windows look good and work well.  </p> <br /> <br /> <br />"

"The technician admitted he didn't know much about water softeners, so he gave me a handout about the softener they sell. I later called the owner to clarify what they had to offer. The owner was polite and had information about the one softener they sold and couldn't give a clear estimate if we bought a different one and had them install it. I should have been told up when I first called that they only sold one type of unit. They should have sent a technician who knew something. I regret spending money on the service call to find out they knew little about my needs. It left me with a bad taste for the company's initial communication and scheduling practices. I wish the owner had offered a refund when he realized we got bad advice and couldn't buy his unit."

"James removed the doors and did his work right there on the patio. One of the doors was older and the spline material <br>was brittle and broke into pieces. This made the work go slowly as the pieces needed to be dug out first before the new screen could be installed. <br> <br>When I checked on companies that would replace screens, many required you to bring the doors into their shop. If you had a vehicle that could handle the door size, that would save money. I found two companies that would transport them for you, but that was very expensive. James did the work on the spot and it saved time and was most convenient. <br> <br>James was friendly, pleasant to talk to, did a great job and cleaned up afterward. "Frisby Roofing did a great job on my new roof with upgrades to newer systems. The workers came to work. They did the job cleaned up then went over the install to make sure they didn't miss anything. Looks great! Happy with everything. Weather was the only problem, can't roof in the rain."
