"I would describe Lonnie as skilled and trustworthy. From the start he gave us an accurate timeline and was straightforward with when he would be able to start the project which was a few months out. He kept us informed of progress and returned calls/texts the same day. The final cost of the project was only slightly above the quoted price. The difference being the need to install the sewage pump versus extending the sewage line. As with any old home, there are likely to be issues meeting the current building codes. Lonnie always addressed these issues immediately with the building inspector to find an acceptable solution rather than moving forward and hoping the inspector wouldn't catch it or guessing at a solution that would be acceptable to the inspector. Lonnie was also willing to work with us so we were able to do some of the work to lower costs: trim work, painting, and installing ship-lap. We will certainly be working with Raven Builders for any other projects."

"Wouldn't you know it, a snow/ice storm occurred overnight and the morning the technician was scheduled! His commute was hours longer, but he made it and videoed sewer lines at 6 residences, The technician was knowledgeable, professional and courteous. He was willing to answer any questions and all were well satisfied with his services. He was unable to make copies of the videos when he was here, but another person with the company e-mailed the videos soon after."

"It took a whole day to do both bathrooms that have tub/showers - it worked out well bc one could dry/set while the other one was being worked on. You need to wait 4 days to use again so we timed it when fewest of us were home to share one shower. Bathrooms look so much better and we even changed the grout color when it was sealed. We still squeegee the glass but it does seem easier to keep clean - (water doesn’t sit on it) so that was good to have done."

"I have very mixed feelings about this firm;  I indicated I would use them again because in the end they did exceptional work and completed the work in an extremely efficient and timely manner.  I am very pleased with the actual work that was done and the faucets are wonderful.   Having said that,  I can't say the same for the overall experience - particularly with regard to  customer service issues that occurred prior to the actual call.   I set up this call 4 days ahead of time as I had one day open and needed to set up some other things around the plumbing call -- but that was my priority.   The person I spoke with told me they would call me back that afternoon with a time for the day I requested however nobody called.   I left two additional voicemails over the next 24 hours and finally got a call back telling me that the plumber would arrive between 11:00 and 12:00 on my requested day.  I was also told that someone would call me for more details on the actual work, however that never happened.  When the day came,  12:00 came and went with no plumber and no phone call.  Plumber finally arrived a bit after 12:30. A half an hour late is not a big deal but because I experienced such a lack of response from them initially I was pretty convinced that no one was going to show up at all.   My suggestion would be that Duda either expand the window for calls...or make a quick phone call when there is going to be a delay.  I believe pretty much everyone has access to mobile phones - shouldn't be a big deal."

"Attention to quality of color and wall prep was good.  The contractor used a subcontractor to complete the work as the contractor was "busy" on another project.  Painting project was rushed and many areas of the the walls still have nail pops and seams that show.  I haired a professional painter to have professionally looking painted walls, but that was not the case.  They did come back to address some of the issues, but the owner was irritated to have to come back and shrugged off concerns about the quality of the work."

"Don did a great job and worked hard to make sure we were happy.  The color matching was difficult, but he worked hard to find something that matched the rest of the house.  The work was done well and the only trouble spot happened at a spot where our foundation has fallen a bit and therefore the house isn't level.  This made it hard to get the gutter to be installed in a manner that will let the water drain properly.  Don came back out to make sure it was working as best as it could.  Direct Siding did a great job. <br />"
