I've called twice in the last 10 days to get someone to repair shoddy work and can't even get their service people to set up an appointment or even return calls. They have called him and every time he says he will be there a specific day he never shows up. My parents asked for their money back since Chris obviously wasn’t going to do the job and he said no.
