He just quoted an all-in rate, then did a really beautiful job. They installed additional bracing where needed (and other companies did not include) and even added an additional strap at no addition charge--all to ensure he was completely resolving the issue and not leaving us with a potential problem in the future. He didn't mark up the permits at all either, which we appreciated. "This was a multi-part job that took the crew approximately one week to complete.  Sean Harrington was great to work with, he always answered my emails or returned calls promptly.  The work crew was very professional; they did good work and took care to clean up well when they were finished.  The bricks on my house have an unusual and unique texturing so it was not possible to find an exact match but after extensive searching they were able to find a very close match (color/size match exactly but without the same texturing).  They mixed some of the original undamaged bricks back into the chimney when they rebuilt it making it blend in with the rest of the house, the result looks excellent.  The trench drain they installed in my driveway also looks and functions great and has kept my garage dry.  Part of the original drain install was not as I had expected but Sean worked with me to get it to meet my full expectations, he is committed to having completely satisfied customers and doing the job right.  I would definitely work with them again.
