I like to think of my self as the best problem solver around. I'm sure there's a million ways to get the job done. But I only want to make sure its done right, The first time. I've been doing maintainece repairs for about 2 and half years now. I started off on my own path a couple of weeks ago and I've been off to what seems like a great start. "From start to finish the job was completed with attention to detail, on budget and on time. The trim installers (Chris and Danny) were fantastic. They took their time and cared for the project like it was their own house. It was a big project. I had all outside exposed wood covered in trim and/or vinyl soffit. I can't thank Sun Home enough. During the gutter installtion a small piece of the trim was dented and it wasn't a huge problem but the job was done so well that I asked for it to be replaced. This happended, by the way, when a second crew, not Chris and Danny installed the gutters. On final inspection I showed Dave ( saleperson and delightful man) and he said give him a few days and they would take care of it. Like clockwork, he sent Chris back out and took care of it. To Chris, Danny, Rob and Dave, I thank you all for a well-done project from start to finish. I highly recommend Sun Home!!"

Check the screens each season; if the mesh crumbles or the frame warps, it’s time to replace them to keep air flowing and pests outside.

Most pros can swap out a screen in 10 minutes to an hour. A quick pop‑in replacement goes fastest, while fitting new mesh into an existing frame or working on a hard‑to‑reach upper window adds time. Either way, plan for at least a few extra minutes per screen so the installer can verify the fit and ensure the spline is seated correctly.
