"It took a while to get in contact with the company due to schedule conflicts , but once we were able to speak , I was able to set up a appointment for an estimate. Juan was very informative and explained his procedure well. A few days later after getting the estimate texted and my husband’s approval we scheduled for our circuit breaker and a light fixture to be replaced. Like all companies they give you a window of time and he was good about texting when he was on his way. Juan was very patient while working and answering my husband’s questions. Did a very clean job , no mess and during this Covid he wore his mask during the entire procedure. Will probably use for future upgrades. It’s just a little difficult to get in touch with him but overall pleased with work."

"Technician came and diagnosed the issues and stated he would need to open up the roof. Came back another day and discovered that the problem would not require opening the ceiling. Ran to home depot to get some supplies and came back and had lights in my 2nd, 3rd floor bathrooms, and hallway working again within a hour. All in all it wound up costing me a 1/3 of the qouted price. Very promopt, professional and kind and absolutely will use them for any electrical needs I have in the future. I believe my technicians name was Jean or Neil, i wish I remembered for sure because he was excellent."

He told me most of my layout was no problem but one of the outlets and switch would require a lot more electrical wire (which is very expensive at this time (May â 21). He give me an alternate layout that did what I wanted for NO extra cost over the original quote! IES, LLC is my contractor now for all future electrical work!"
