"I had got my House Inspected from Mark on Aug 2022. everything went fine until I moved into the house. Couple of months after move-in I found old dried water marks in storage and HVAC room in my basement. I was hoping that these water marks were owing to old water heater leaks but then in early 2023 there was heavy rainfall and the HVAC room basement started leaking water into the room. It was then I found that there was a crack in the basement wall. This crack is next the furnace duck and quite easily visible. Mark suggested that he is a season home inspector but I doubt because he missed visible evidence of prior basement flooding and a basement crack that was easily visible. I contacted Mark and send him proofs of his grave mishaps. He asked for proofs whether i have applied the suggested fix per inspection report, to which I promptly responded and then he stopped responding on my emails.
