"The company was available, courteous, and knowledgeable.  They scheduled someone to come to the house within two days.  The technician was prompt, professional, and knowledgeable.
They resolved all of our immediate needs and clearly explained options regarding wiring our house for a generator.  We lost power for more than a week twice in the two years we've lived in our home and, although we have a generator, there was no way to power the heating unit, the hot water heater, or the well pump as these are all hard wired into the electrical panel.
The technician explained that the best and safest way to provide power to our utilities during an outage was to provide a secondary electrical panel which would have services for the utilities and then provide an outlet to plug the generator into that would power these items.  The company provided a reasonable quotation for the services.

"I guess I have no idea about this inspection detail covers.  I just assume that I would be told of any electrical function that does not work and needed repaired or replaced, such as outlets, motion lighting, etc.  And that was my primary reason for purchasing this service.  He told me that it would be under another service as trouble shooting. "Contacted "CA Bros Pool services" and they came out to the house at no cost to check and help me get an understanding of the state of the pool and servicing. Till that time I had no knowledge of pool, I was very happy as they took their time educating me for every details. They went through complete overhauling of the pool, by sand blasting, tiling, coping and new complete plastering of SPA and the pool. They explained and suggested regarding pump, filters, chlorinate and cleaners for the pool. Contact person was Eddie, and he is very knowledgeable and professional, and did me a huge favor by mentoring me to become my own pool guy. I can always call him for any question/ suggestion, and he is happy to assist anytime. Will highly recommend him for any pool related services."
