The last time someone at a desk ordered the wrong part for the sink so the technician couldn?t fix the job and wasted my time and his time coming out to my house. THIS company is PATHETIC. That cannot get their crap together!! I have yet to have ANYONE from their reach out to me about their lack of communication, organizational skills, or professionalism. If you want an INCOMPLETE JOB for full price work where you have to keep PESTERING to get a completed job: USE THEM!!!"
