They arrived on time, and worked efficiently.
They removed the old rotten wood, built a new vent assembly on my front walk, and carefully lifted it into place, 28' off the ground.
While up there, they noticed some of my new, 2nd story windows (Installed by another company) had NO caulk on the top edges of their frames, and when they were finished installing the new vent, they caulked the windows as well.

He had a quick solution for it, fixed it, and it's still fine. We may ask him to come back to remove the doorframe, correct the opening so it is square, and reframe it, re-hang the door again, and paint the new doorframe on both sides. The original door frame sloped downhill about 15 degrees from the time it was installed.

We did not select this company because we didn't receive a business card related to Young Remodeling, there were no licensed contractors associated with Young Remodeling (per county records) and their bid was too high.

"Excellent!!  A+! Ron Scott came out and walked with me around the house.  He patiently explained everything that his crew would do.  The house is thirty two years old and was previously owned by someone who didn't really keep it maintained very well so there was a lot to do.
Ron showed me the mold on the house and explained that they would get rid of that first.  Then there was the repairs since some of the boards and soffits were rotten due to holy gutters.  He explained in detail that they would prime the house with a thick coat of paint and the paint would need to be pushed up into the cracks between the boards. They delivered just as Ron said they would.
Again, we say "bravo"!!  They did a marvelous job.  Ron's personal attention was beyond anything any other contractor showed us.
Our neighbors have commented on how wonderful the house looks.
