"Our basement is finished and 2 of the walls the sheetrock had to be removed and the carpet pulled up.  They were able to not harm the studs so we can use them again to apply sheetrock.  My husband was surprised when he came home and everything was picked up.We needed to have window wells installed since they were adding dirt around our foundation and offered to install them for us.  I thought the price was good for the amount of work that had to be completed and the man hours required to do it.

I sent them a last minute message on their Facebook page, they showed up the same day and went to work. "The initial dirt work and crack sealing took a couple hours, but didn't solve the problem. The second attempt to seal the crack took an additional three hours, but also didn't solve the problem. The sump pump installation took about five hours, but when they were done, the basement was DRY. I knocked down the punctuality one notch because they arrived late on Thursday and Friday. But this was in part because my job was postponed several times because of weather, and they were trying to fit me in around other jobs. Still, we were waiting around two days in a row. They did both jobs (the crack sealing and the sump pump installation) for the price they bid, but the total cost to fix the basement ended up being more than twice the initial estimate (because we ended up putting in the sump pump). I appreciated that they never gave me the hard sell on a sump pump, which they weren't 100 percent convinced the house needed. Unfortunately, I didn't have the luxury of time to determine if the crack sealing alone would have fixed the problem. Bottom line, the Leaky Cellar got the job done -- before my deadline -- and they bent over backwards to make it happen. They also provided warranty documents, which I was able to provide to my buyer. The warranty is completely transferable and stays with the property, so that gave my buyers reassurance."

"They did a pretty good job installing. When I had a problem with it they pretty much shoveled it off and shoveled it off and never did anything. The follow up, they sent a guy over and he took the trim of the door, took some pictures and left. Every time I called them they said, "We got your file right here, somebody will be calling you!" I finally gave up and fixed it myself. They last came here over a year ago."
