"We received a quote/bid for a window that needs to be repaired. Kyle spoke with me on the phone for quite a while answering all of my questions. He even gave me a lot of helpful advice over the phone, encouraging me to grab my tape measure and keeping everything very individualized - very different from a lot of professional window companies which insist on coming out and wasting all of your time with lengthy condescending presentations. He then provided me with two quotes one to repair and one to replace. both very competitive. We haven't made our decision yet as we are also working with a third party payer, but I imagine we will use his services, and I can update my review at that point. "We were very satisfied with the work. Ours is a story and a half home, so some of the surfaces were quite high and difficult to reach. We also had a significant amount of wood rot needing carpentry repair. About 2/3 of our cost was attributable to the painting and 1/3 for carpentry. We had asked four contractors for estimates. One declined to bid, saying the job was too big for them. Of the other three estimates, White Dog and one other were nearly exactly equal and the third estimate was 50% higher. Our estimate was done by Ron Scott and the job was managed by Noah Scott. Most of the work, both painting and carpentry, was done by two brothers, James and Moise. Occasionally they had another man or two for assistance. Noah was helpful in our decisions about the paint colors and quality. All the work was professionally done with much time and care spent in replacing wood rot with 1x6 cedar trim along the sides and back of the house and over the rooflines. Approximately 50 batten boards were replaced. All was carefully sealed and primed before the paint was applied. The paint job included stucco surfaces in the front of the house, which were painted a color different from the wood siding. The job took about 6 days in total. Each night the crew picked up tools, equipment and supplies and either took it with them or left it neatly stored on the property. No mess was left around at any time."

"Richard Wilcox spray painted our kitchen cabinets and they turned out great.  We then hired him to remodel our master bath.  He built up the double vanity so that it measured 36" high and spray painted the vanity cabinets. 
He removed the wallpaper, sanded the walls smooth, and painted them.  After he cut the walls in, we were unhappy with our color choice and he was generous enough to repeat the cutting in and finished the walls with the new color.
He installed new light fixtures and a couple of new outlets.  He demoed out the broken Jacuzzi tub and the brass shower.  Then he built a 6' long shower for us, tiled it and tiled the floor.  We also had him install a door and a stock cabinet for storage.
Our bedroom door was sticking and wouldn't close properly, so he sanded that down for us.
Richard kept me informed about the schedule of the remodel, and when he would be ready for me to have shopped for the various materials.  When my tile order was delayed, he was able to come back a few weeks later when it had arrived.
Richard and his crew were very careful with our home and yard.  My husband is terribly sensitive to dust, so they made sure that they swept up each day and if necessary, block off the work area with plastic.  We saw that they were trustworthy, and gave them access to enter our home and begin work while we were gone.
Richard Wilcox and his crew were a delight to have in our home.  We would definitely call them again when needed, and recommend them highly to everyone."

"It well fairly well.  I was a bit shock on all the repairs needed since I really purchased the 99 dollar 4 hour handyman special.  The work was done well.  There was a few delays along the way and I needed to contact them several times to complete the work.  The shed door was replaced but I noticed some splitting at the bottom of the door.  They did remove it and replaced it.  I had asked them to leave the extra paint so I could do touch ups as needed but that did not happen.  I even called them and they said that they would be did not.
