"George and his crew did an outstanding job! They were prompt, courteous, professional and really seemed to enjoy their work. George came to meet with us to estimate the work and provided us a quote within 1 business day. From estimate to completion, the team completed the job in 5 business days.
After day 1 we didn't like one of the colors we had chosen after seeing it on the walls. We talked with George about it and he was very accommodating, and just wanted to make sure we would be happy with the final results. This was a big change, but George only charged us for the cost of replacing the paint.

"A water pipe broke upstairs and did considerable damage. Lemus Contracting had to take down the kitchen cabinets and rebuild the drywall ceiling and walls, then put everything back up. The drywall all had to be repainted. The same type of work was necessary in the bathroom. They were helpful in proposing solutions to various problems that arose during the reconstruction. Finally they had to dry things out to prevent mold and also replace some of the laminate flooring which had been damaged in other rooms. I found them to be conscientious and punctual in their work. I have used them for other projects since then with similar results."

"They do just about everything. What they can't do, they can arrange for a subcontractor to do. They do basic maintenance, everything from cleaning out gutters to cleaning out a chimney stuck with dead birds. They repaint walls and do new plumbing. Generally their prices have been very reasonable. I haven't gotten the bill for the last job. They are consistent and they have been flexible. They do the job once and they get it right. One time they had to come back but it wasn't even their responsibility. They are good."
