Rob, Operations Manager, came out for a pre-construction meeting to explain exactly what and how the crew would perform the replacement, safety methods, home protection, cleanup and photo documentation during construction. On the day the work was performed the amazing hard working crew, led by Armando, worked as prescission drill team, continuously non-stop. They completely cleaned up all material that floated onto my neighbors areas. I did not find any debris that was overlooked. "Extremely well. Rich is wonderful! He came right out because of impending rain. He not only replaced the dome (at a reasonable cost: for replacement part $75, for labor and "house call" $60) but he also scheduled free cleanings of my 3 Solatubes. While he was on the roof, he asked if I wanted a complimentary roof inspection performed. I had no idea how old the roof was or what the condition of the shingles were, so I agreed to the inspection. He told me I had about 5 years left on the roof. I considered that a very honest opinion as he could have told me I needed a new roof now (many other companies would have told me this in order to get me to buy a roof from them). "Raymond Rosario, Sheik Ali, and Louis and the crew did an excellent job, hassle Free and a smooth experience. My roof had storm damage. They were polite and professional, not pushy and did not try to force you into anything. They informed me of the entire process. Had bad wood panels replaced and replaced shingles with premium roof tiles. It cost me 20 grand, but in this case, you get what you pay for, and my property value went up. "The workers showed up on time on the days that they said they would come, as did their tile and plumbing subcontractors. Our house was built in the 70's and we needed to have the master bath upgraded from an old single piece tub/shower combo to a large tiled walk-in shower with a bench. We also had them install a new double vanity and add built in shelves in addition to installing fixture and painting throughout. They also installed a new comfort toilet and painted both rooms of the master bath. Further, they installed new vanities, fixtures, mirrors and paint in the other two baths. Of note: we did not have them put in new tile on the floors, as we had had that done by someone else a couple of years ago. Nevertheless, they avoided any damage to the existing ceramic tiles. 
One refreshing aspect of their work was that they did not try sell us more than what we wanted. When they ran into issues, they let us know right away and made sure that there were no surprises. When we did the final walk-through, they quickly repaired all the cosmetic issues that we pointed out.
