I did not realize that it would cost another $900. to complete this process. I would have appreciated a ball park figure for this additional bill."

He gave us several options or choices in our estimate such as pre painted or primed, replacing the over hang, framing the windows, etc. It was not just and all or nothing estimate. We were able to adjust what we had done to what we wanted to pay. The siding we chose had to be ordered. It arrived exactly when Ken said it would and his crew was here the next day to install. The entire job was completed in 2 1/2 days. During the job, the crew found that our house was missing insulation under some of the old siding. Work had to be stopped while they purchased the necessary extra supplies and still they were able to complete the work as promised. . We are very happy with the work, the time frame and the price. The supervisor visited several times during the day and at the end of each day to check on the work. At the end of each day, the our yard was cleaned of nails and trash and the supplies stacked out of the way. Quality product and quality work.."
