"Gabe came by and viewed the utility room and listened while I explained what I hoped to accomplish - in order of priority: increase space in utility room, replace 15 year old water heater and non-functional softener and address some plumbing issues (pin hole gas valve leak). He took pictures and brought them back to his team to discuss and called that very evening to discuss possibilities. I had a talk with Nate who was stronger in the softener and technical aspects the next day and we discussed possible solutions. In the end, we decided that the more expensive option of a tankless (we had considered a tankless years prior as well with them and a competitor) was the more cost-effective solution. Clean and quiet (within reason; they did drill a couple of holes through our brick wall), quick and considerate (the broke a part of my washing machine sitting the process so ordered a replacement part right away and they will come and install tomorrow)"

"Called them on Monday morning because water heater was discharging. By early afternoon Jon showed up. Diagnosed problem to be related to very high water pressure (nearly 80 psi). Installed pressure reduction valve and pressure tank. I had called water heater manufacturer and this was the remedy they suggested so I knew Jon was doing what was recommended. However, within a few hours the tank again discharged lots of hot water. I called Jon and he arranged for a new control component to be sent under warranty by the manufacturer. Notified Jon and he returned and installed a new overflow valve. He also rigged up PVC pipe to direct water to the drain in the event it happened again. While I was not happy that it took multiple tries to fix the darn thing, I know Jon was following the recommended protocols and did so in a professional manner. He was very responsive and empathetic. He checked in with me numerous time to see if there we problems. He was genuinely interested in solving the problem and eventually did."
