The owner assessed the job and told us that repair was all that was needed, not replacement. He also gave us some insight into a future job that we are considering and could consider the company for. The repairs were able to be scheduled within a week and the job was well done. Only snag was a little mix up in the time that the job was to start, but this was very minor. Prepared door frame for larger door. Installed new door with lever handles. Periodically updated us on progress.

Took normal break and lunch. Informed us when leaving and when returning.

Finished product was so well done that you could not tell the floor transition to LR from BR wasn't re-done.

The new door and hardware was elegant and, and the rooms in the work area were cleaned of any construction residue.

Work crew was very quiet and polite.
