The finished work was superb. My wife selected the colors she wanted and once the materials arrived the work began. "Jenkins Construction of Lancaster just finished up remodeling our kitchen and one of our bathrooms. The country home was almost 40 years old and looked every bit of it. They first had to tear out and replace part of the wallboard in the kitchen that had been damaged by water leakage. Then they had to remove wallpaper in the bathroom. Both of those were time consuming. Things moved along quickly after that. Both rooms were painted and new flooring installed. They also put in a new toilet, kitchen faucet, light fixture, and range hood. They were on time everyday and worked about 8 hours. The guys were very detailed as there was a lot of trim to remove and put back. The whole project was finished in about the time and at about the cost I had been given. Clean up was excellent everyday. Super pleased with their work and would hire them again."

"Once I sent her all the measurements, it took her a little while to get the options back to me.  Overall, they're good designs.  However, they're very simplistic and give general ideas for space planning.  I was hoping to have a better idea for sizes of furniture for the space and some variations on staging.  
Jill was very responsive when I did have a question.  I'm not sure how helpful it is to have a virtual design done.  If we lived in similar cities, I'd probably use her again for help with additional designs.

"Mr. Foote came in last winter and gave us an estimate for a complete bathroom remodel. Then came the virus. We had gone to Ferguson and to the tile store (Carson Flooring) in Tappahannock and made our selections and then the project got put on hold. Mr. Foote kept in touch and allowed us to determine when we would begin again. We met and set some dates with a deadline. He gave me a budget (I am not good with budgets, but he kept me on track!) and a final estimate. He recommended a store in Richmond for the marble. We were very pleased with all of his recommendations. As the project began he could usually give us a time of arrival for the subs and most subs met those times. His subs worked well together to make the project successful. They easily met our deadline. The bathroom looks fantastic and I would highly recommend Mr. Foote for your project."
