He said the first step was to run a snake to see if the pipe could be unclogged. I reluctantly agreed, as the first plumber had done that before. But, lo and behold, Gary was able to completely unclog the pipe and said that our pipe was not broken. About an hour after he arrived, we had an unclogged sewer system, when Gary left.
