When the power went back on, my fridge didn't have power. He helped me pull the fridge out to find a GFI outlet, and he helped me reset it. Was really just a huge help! "Over the phone, the Ferreira team was super professional. I described the issue in detail, and he let me know that they were booked until early the following week.
