He was thorough, prompt, courteous, and efficient. He helped me out so much. Examples, installing along brick edge of fireplace, installing new floor registers, creating invisible transitions, disguising alterations to a kitchen cabinet. We greatly appreciated his sensitivity to our living conditions (we have dogs who are part of the family) during this disruptive project. "The initial visit on June 7th was satisfactory. I was told that John would be back within 2 weeks to replace some shingles around the can vents that had been damaged by a raccoon. No one ever came or called to reschedule an appointment. On July 14th I called ABC and requested the status on the repair. I was told that my inquiry would be passed along to John. Again, no reply. On July 30th I contacted ABC via email and advised them of my concerns. The next day I received a reply via email that I thought was rather rude. John <em>did</em> contact me later that day and arrived later in the day to complete my roof repair. He did a very good job and I was satisfied with the repair. ABC Construction needs to provide better customer service by keeping their customers informed of delays. <br />"

"Our Ins co. informed us our roof needed to be replaced to keep our coverage from being dropped. They said it was wavy. I called and requested a few quotes, and we settled on the Dillman Brothers. They worked within the deadline that the Ins co. had set,  and did a good job. The lead onsite took time to answer questions and address concerns, and seemed interested in doing a good job, not just getting it done. So, after the job was complete the Ins co. still wasn't satisfied, but Larry Dillman spoke to our Ins agent and together they were able to put to rest any concerns that the Ins provider had."
