"I normally don't write reviews online but this time I felt that I must review the very positive experience I had with BEST WATERPROOFING. I had one leaking corner in my old basement and call Best Waterproof Company for an estimate. I first contacted Sheila to schedule an estimate, she was really helpful and flexible as much as possible (they are very busy and I can understand why!). Tim showed up on time and explained me the work that needs to be done. He then put everything on a contract and gave me a price to waterproof my all basement. The price was almost 50% less than any other company I inquired (and I am the kind of a guy that does very strict due diligence). Since they are very busy I had to wait almost 2 months before they could fit me to their schedule, but the wait was worth it! My basement doesn't leak anymore and I feel that Tim and his crew did a great job! Tim has a hard working crew, and at some point I counted 10 people working on my basement. I highly recommend Best Waterproof Company! If you are looking for honest, knowledgeable, and great contractor you should stop right here and give them a call. "My sump pump was running continuously without shutting off so I left a message for Mr. King on a Sunday evening and he not only contacted me the following Monday, he was also at my home by 11:30 a.m. that same day.  He quickly determined that the float ball in my sump pump was stuck and taped it to a shorter length so it wouldn't keep getting caught.  The best part - he didn't charge me a dime! 
Since I have absolutely no knowledge of sump pumps I am grateful to have found Mr. King.  Professionalism, reliability and honesty all rolled into one - I couldn't have asked for a better experience.  He is definitely at the top of my list for any future sump pump or waterproofing needs.  CK Construction is SIMPLY THE BEST!

"ErieHome waterproofed my basement. The crew was polite, kind, and came in, did an excellent job in 3 days by digging a trench on the inside of the basement, removing the dirt from the bottom of the foundation, installed corrugated tubing, rock and then cement. They also installed a Humidex airpurifier and new sump pump with a backup pump. They cleaned up afterward. Any questions I had were answered in a respectful manor. I now have peace of mind knowing that I no longer have to monitor weather forecasts for rain or have to clean up anymore incoming water. The system is warranted for the life of the house and included within the price, which increased the value of my home."

"Matt was up front about the cost and understood our policy to obtain estimates from 3 companies before proceeding with work in our home. He itemized the estimate and explained the procedure and warranty. He was pleasant to work with! He did not require an hour of my time or insist that both my husband and I be present in order to give us a sales pitch. The price was competitive and not inflated to cover marketing expenses. I like that the company is family owned & local, and that the workers are employees, not sub-contractors. The men who did the work were efficient and we have had no water in our basement since the waterproofing was done. I believe the contractors who followed Acculevel's work were a little surprised at the materials used, and they had to adjust their plans somewhat, but all is good in the end. Thank you!"
