"Jacob Lynn was my technician on 05/07/2025; for a scheduled heat and cooling inspection and cleaning. He went over things he found that were good and an item that would need replacing in the near future. Since a different company installed my system and it is under warranty, I will contact them to find out if the replacement part is covered in the warranty. If the part is not covered, then I would like to have Jaecob Lynn as the installer for the new part. Quintella Betancourt"

"Apex responded to my call immediately and sent out a technician to give me a quote. I accepted the quote and they came back a couple days later and installed the new thermostat and everything is working great. The young man that installed it was very professional and very knowledgeable. Thanks."

"Initially had them come out because our AC stopped in the dead of summer. Was so impressed by the honesty and non sale approach. My tech was there to genuinely fix my issue, did not mention an upsell once. Will not use any other HVAC company"

"Jim did a great job. He quickly assessed the problem and then took our unit with him to work on it more. When he got back to us, the fix would have cost more than it was worth. He gave us options for a new or refurbished PC. We felt the refurbished was a good deal and chose that. He came back and set that up and we are very happy with it. He then took a look at my laptop and again took it along. He tuned it up and installed a speed upgrade we wanted. Of course, we paid extra for the new unit and upgrades, but we thought the price was very fair. Jim seemed very knowledgeable and responsive. We will definitely call him again if we need any computer services."

"John Henry’s electrician, Tyler, quickly and efficiently repositioned my lighting fixture. He arrived on time, was extremely polite and very considerate of my home. I highly recommend his service!"

"Tech was very nice and helpful. He gave some tips as far as getting the best use of our A/C and keeping our house cool without suggesting we replace with a new A/C. We had to pay after hours pricing because it was a weekend but since we work past 5 during the week we wouldn't be able to avoid the extra charge. Would definitely hire again. Our tech was fantastic."

"Our A/C was installed timely and with no issues."

"Jesse is very knowledgeable and worked quickly. He is such a kind person and doesn't overcharge. We are very pleased with his work and so grateful to be cool in this heat. I would highly recommend giving him a call for any HVAC service or repair you may need. Heck, I'm even sending his card to my realtor, family and friends, neighbors! honest, fast, affordable ?? ?????"

"I had some light fixtures installed and the service was Great!... Proficient process, very professional, and he was very knowledgeable in this field. Would definitely hire again."
