"First they did more, than the choice I was given;my wife passed away and we had plans on a kitchen remodel, floors , paint and carpet, also some windows and doors. "I'm not sure if we got lost in the cracks, but it has ruined my faith in a company's abilities when they can't even keep an estimate appointment. Or at the very least, give a phone call to let us know that they need to reschedule. We tried calling them several times and no one answered the phone. I had to call several times just to actually reach a human being to make the appointment in the first place.

Update: I'm upgrading the scores to a C because Dennis contacted us the next morning and came by that evening at 5 to do the estimate. We still haven't had any work performed yet but at least he followed up professionally and in a timely manner.

Update again: I'm upgrading the scores one more time to a B because Dennis has returned again with a plumber to check out the possible leak that we have. He and the plumber were both on time and they were both very professional. It seems that his initial no show was just one of those things that sometimes happens in life. We are going to have them perform a grout resealing and touchup in our shower in hopes that it will stop the slow leak that is currently plaguing us there."
