"The job was not done to my satisfaction. I asked for cleanups in areas and they didn?t do what I asked until I spoke up. They also didn?t do a great job making it look finished. After 2 weeks, ground cover was growing back and the owners response was for me to use weed killer. I also was charged more when a section wasn?t cleaned out that I initially asked to be cleaned out. Lots of misunderstandings and miscommunication. The owner also did not provide an invoice for the job which I felt was unprofessional. After I asked for something in writing, he wrote a list on a piece of paper, had me sign it, then handed it back to me. Left a bad taste in my mouth, and I ended up finishing the job to make it look good. "
