"Jim, a master carpenter, arrived at agreed time and was able to repair a damaged kitchen island countertop so it looks great. Also fixed rickety chairs, two drawer slides, loose bathroom tiles and installed several carpet transitions strips. All done in a professional manner. Countertop repair took some real brainstorming and Jim came up with a great fix, avoiding replacement of a top that couldn’t be matched."

"AIS removed an old room and deck and built us a large outdoor room with two pergolas including a large TV wall, fireplace, hot tub, outdoor kitchen, granite counter tops, custom lighting throughout. They did an excellent job! Parks and Aubrey was great to work with and always had good ideas when we needed them. Rodney's crew did the custom framing and always accommodated any changes that came along. They're good people to work with. You can't go wrong using AIS on your next project."

"I contracted with 1GR Builders to make an addition onto my home to connect the garage and house. The finished product is beautiful!!! Everything went so smoothly. "Complete kitchen remodel (cabinets, counters, sink/fixtures, adding electrical) and flooring replacement on 1st floor; new half bath vanity, top and faucet; outstanding customer support and attention to detail and quality by this team. They are customer-focused, adaptive, accommodating and professional. While there were delays as a major holiday approached, they did everything they could to complete this remodel to our satisfaction, on budget. There were also a few supply-chain issues but were handled fairly and the outcome was wonderful. Their showroom on the west side of Columbus is beautiful but their people (Roman, Diana, Daniel, Nazar, Igor and their team) and how we were treated also impressed us greatly. I really liked how they itemized each portion of the project where I could pick and choose portions I could do myself such as demolition and painting. This saved us several thousand dollars. I would not hesitate to use their services again."

"Tim did a superb job of tearing out the old, putting in the new and repairing the active wet spots in the kitchen ceiling. I feel that his estimates were fair and reasonable and the craftsmanship was a world of difference from the previous subpar job I had done. He is very timely, works consistently and stays on schedule. I can't say enough how happy I am with his end result on this project! I'll be having him back to do another bathroom soon!"
