"Wonderful experience with AIS Renovations! We got a new roof and a new garage door installed. AIS was highly recommended by our friends and after our experience I will recommend this company to anyone who needs any work done to their house. The roof was installed in under a day. They cleaned up after themselves and did such good clean work we had them do our garage door as well. We just moved into this house and are already doing a full scale kitchen remodel with them! We will probably end up doing a couple bathrooms as well. Overall this is a customer centric down to earth family company with motivated employees."

Been in construction business for 22 years just started my own business ready to help others dreams come true from small projects to Big projects whatever you may need

"Although we live in the same town, we did not know this contractor, we used Angie's List as a resource and reviewed references. From start to finish, we could not have been more happier.  Gary responded quickly when we inquired about an estimate.  We furnished the wood for the ceiling which was actually, pre-finished flooring.  Gary picked up the oak wood for the beams and built the beams on site.  Although I do not know the size of the beams, they definitely are quite large.  We are still amazed as the entire project took less than 10 days given Gary and a partner did the work.   The worksite was cleaned up every day. At the end of the project, Gary furnished a copy of the lumber yard bill for the oak and even took the excess back so the bill could be adjusted.  We appreciated this very much.

The finished product is absolutely beautiful and well done.  We will not hesitate to call G Brand for future carpentry work and basically, after seeing his work and work ethic, plan on calling him for a bathroom remodel planned in the future.  It is nice to know there are honest hard-working people out there who really wants to do a good job and G Brand is one of them!

"Great work on my my house. I just did a remodel and the house was very messy. The cleaning crew came in and did a fabulous job."

"This was a great experience. Smith and Rogers was so friendly, trustworthy, responsive, and professional. I contacted the company in January/February to get an estimate on my project.  After interviewing several companies, reading Angie's List reviews, and talking to a friend who had used them in the past, Smith and Rogers seemed like the best company to work with.  I contacted them in late April to confirm that I was ready to move forward with the project and they were able to start in May.
The project took about 3.5 days in total. Dan and his crew arrived early on the first day and worked straight through to finish up faster than expected.  They were able to offer suggestions on things like the type of tile to use (I worked with a great person at Hamilton Parker per their suggestion), replacing the baseboards with tile, the location of the shower shelf, the height of the mosaic tile, replacing the shower head, etc.  The shower and floor look amazing. They took care to make sure I could access my one commode during the entire project. I even had to go out of town and felt comfortable giving them access to my home.
The total cost of the project was about $3,400 which includes the cost of the materials, so the labor for the project was closer to $2,300. I will be using Smith and Rogers again in the future.
