"I needed chimney repair work done and contacted Cerrato Remodeling through Angi’s after receiving an estimate from a larger masonry company that I felt was way out of line for the work that needed to be done. Felt like I could have built a new chimney for the price. I called Cerrato, spoke with Irma and they came out that evening to look at the chimney. I received the proposal the next morning. Irma and Valentin were very professional and extremely nice. I expressed the need to get the repair done quickly, because I was getting my house ready to put on the market. We came to an agreement on the work to be done and the price - which was very reasonable, signed the contract and the work was completed within 24 hours. Valentin even did some additional repair work that wasn’t obvious until he got started and didn’t charge me. I couldn’t be happier and would highly recommend Cerrato. I plan to use them for additional work."

"Sergio and his crew did a fantastic job! They were very professional, hard-working and finished the job on time. I had stucco panels that needed to be replaced and you can't even tell which ones were repaired. "First of all, I want to say that Jim the owner did not do the work. It was wood refinishing, not painting. Jim has a different person do the wood related work. When I met with Jim for the estimate he was pleasant and professional, the wood guy however, was late. Despite having an estimate that was twice as high as the other estimate I had gotten, I hired them (I could not get a certificate of insurance from the other guy). He was supposed to start work on a Saturday. I knew that they needed to match the stain of my existing woodwork and would need time to do this, so I offered a piece of my woodwork to them several days ahead of time. They did not take me up on my offer. On Saturday, he took the wood to the paint store but they did not match it until late that afternoon. Thus, no work was done on Saturday. He acted surprised that it took so long to match the stain (so I could anticipate this but the professional could not?!). On Sunday he showed up late (he called first, but he should have known that the paint store did not open until 10) however he had forgotten some of his materials and had to wait for someone to bring them. On Monday he showed up late (again, he called to let us know). The work he did looks fine except that he forgot to refinish a section of one step. After I contacted him he said he would come back but did not. A week later I still had not heard from him or Jim so I did it myself. While doing this I also noticed that he did not tape off the white railings on my stairs so that there is a bit of stain on the white on many of them ( I seem to recall him telling me at the estimate that he would tape them). Not a huge deal but I kind of expected more attention to detail. Overall, I am happy with how my stairs look and he was a very nice person. His tardiness did not add any days to the project but was annoying."

"Always on time and completed project ahead of schedule. They took time to caulk outside around the window frames and repaired walls and woodwork prior to painting. Also removed wallcovering in the dining room and bathrooms. House looks phenomenal ! Would definitely hire them again."

"Brad was fantastic! I had previously had another contractor come in and estimate about 1000 in repairs. Brad indicated this was definitely not the case. He provided an estimate and then beat it by $100. He was knowledgeable, on time and friendly. Estimate was provided and he came back and finished everything in less than 3 hours. Great guy! Great service! And I will be using him again.

"Brian and his crew were on time, friendly and professional.  It happened to rain as the project was nearing the end, but Brian and his crew continued to work to make sure that the opening got enclosed and water tight even as they were getting soaked.
The new door was larger than the door being replaced, so they needed to widen the opening.  They took great care to not make a mess on my hardwood floors while they cut the 2x4s and Sheetrock to enlarge the opening.  Whenever a problem came up, Brian always informed me of my options to fix the problem before just proceeding the way he thought it should be done.
The next day he and his painter came over and painted the new door and trim, then they painted two other doors for me.  They went above and beyond what I expected and I am going to use them again soon.

"All I can say is WOW!  I first contacted Jeremy to repair a whole in the soffit on the house.  Jeremy inspected all of the trim and found extensive wood rot and damage from carpenter ants.   He and his crew replaced all the damaged trim and rebuilt the front porch as it had structural damage.  They did an exceptional job - Jeremy is very detailed and he requires the same from his employees.  Jeremy and his crew were all very friendly, polite and professional. 
 Because I was so pleased with their work I hired Jeremy again to move my laundry room from the basement to the main floor.  He built a small room off of the kitchen by opening up a portion of the kitchen wall and building into the garage.  Again, the work was very well done.
This last weekend the small leak in my basement wall grew to a stream of water.  The water was coming in at the water supply.  Jeremy looked at the leak on Saturday and had someone from his crew on site Sunday morning.  They dug a whole by hand down to the water pipes and found and repaired the leak.  
I won't be looking for a  contractor anymore - I know I'll always call Namasier Designs. They will design, build and/or take care of any repairs you need completed.  The workmanship is excellent, the people are excellent and all for a fair price!

"I was extremely impressed form start to finish. Punctuality and level of communication were beyond ennything I could have expected. Ac would show up at dawn and get the crew started and he woudl be back at dusk to inspect the work. The roof was installed flawlessly. When we discovered some rotted trim he was able to suggest the most economical and effective way to have it replaced and he had the gutters reattached properly as well all at an extremely reasonable price.
What really impressed me was that two days later I thought I had a leak in the roof. AC and his forema were here within an hour of my call to inspect their work. I have not seen as much pride in workmanship in some time. It turned out that there was no leak. Some rain water had spilled on one of my large leafy potted plans and dripped off the leaves. We were all quite relieved. And he and the foreman But while they were here they identified a problem with one of the downspouts and fixed it.
I would reccommend this company to all my friends for their work. The owner also has very good suggestions and ideas for dealing with issues.
