"We hired Well's to pave a parking area and long driveway. They showed up when promised and did high quality work. Before the job, we decided we wanted a couple additions to the initial proposal and the extra charge they suggested was more than fair. We were especially pleased when the prep work ripped up a wire just inches below the surface that I had forgotten about. Someone came and got me and together we traced out what the wire was for (a lead to a sub surface array of ground rods). The crew switched to preping another area while one of the guys helped me install a replacement wire. They could have just shrugged off finding a single buried wire but they did not."

Found SealPro on this site, and after reading some reviews and checking their site I called and asked a few follow up questions. Satisfied with the answers I retained SealPro. There price was competitive with what I previously paid, but I can't say if the price was high, low or just right since I didn't get other estimates. Had to wait a while for them to schedule me, and that happened only when I called to inquire as to when they might be coming. I was told that due to the amount of rain they were a bit backed up (reasonable answer) and they could actually schedule me in a couple of days. They showed up on time, worked quickly and cleanly, and the driveway looks as good as one could hope for given what sealing does. The few questions I had when they were on site were answered well, and I felt very comfortable with my choice. Just have to manage your expectations because there were a few imperfections and I actually consulted someone I know out of state who explained to me what causes those imperfections, in that sealing is not a resurfacing and imperfections that were there previously sometimes become more noticeable with a fresh application of sealant."

"Found this company on yelp and after meeting with a few other contractors we decided to go with them based on peer reviews and pricing. We initially just wanted to have some ac sleeves removed and bricked up since we were planning to upgrade to ductless ac but after meeting with Kamran we decided to get our flat roof refinished as well. They showed up on time and completed the work quickly, while they have had great reviews in the past years I feel that either I am expecting too much or their workmanship is no longer the same as before. ""PERFECTION" I can't say enough about these guys! Precise, professional, extremely skilled..etc..I've never seen anything like it! I saw from my window how they would stop, look, measure, or fix anything they felt wasn't perfect. As they were pouring asphalt I saw a couple of the guys measure so rain water would flow away from my house and off my grass. They had to fill large grass areas where water settled on both sides of the driveway and even have it ready for new top soil. I can't say enough! They stood late at night working on the dark with all there truck lights on and lighting equipment. I ordered the guys pizza bc I appreciated all the hard work. THANK YOU SO MUCH!! To all the crew, the owners, and all the guys involved in overlooking the job. My kids have a place to play and my cars won't rust... Don't bother hiring cookie cutter pavers.
