"In comparing Rob's estimate to others, it fell right in the middle; we chose Rob because he made us feel at ease. His initial inspection was thorough, his estimate timely and detailed, he worked hard to help us understand all issues & was never condescending or pushy about our budget concerns. Rob was present for the blower door test, though usually his partner (sick that day) completes that portion of the work. Rob was self-admittedly less knowledgeable, but he and his co-worker Salvador eventually were able to answer all of our questions to our satisfaction. Due to tremendously bad readings on our duct work, Rob pushed us ahead of other jobs that weren't as dire. Two employees performed the duct sealing and insulation in just a couple of hours;far less time than we imagined! Our ducts were retested & the leakage number dropped dramatically. Every employee we encountered was respectful of us & our home throughout the entire process. The bill matched the estimate, we're warm & happy!"
