"To begin with the salesman told us most of the work would be done outside. Also the molding did not have to be removed. This was all wrong information. They did most of the work indoors. They did not put anything down on my runner or my wood floor. My runner and floors had to be steam cleaned. They destroyed the molding around the windows. The caulking is horrible. They were supposed to send us a survey. It was never sent to us because they knew we were not happy. No one from the company contacted us to see how things went. We have to call a finish contractor to replace the molding. This is not acceptable. I do not recommend this company. "

"Very unresponsive plumber who is limited in ability . Does not return calls or texts in the middle of a job. We paid for incomplete plumbing work and he left us hanging with no response. We had to hire someone else and pay for the work to be done and completed properly. Dont waste your time or $"

"Very pleased with JNG! Neil and his crew were excellent. Replaced by fromt porch for less than half what I was quoted from another local builder. Worl is top-notch! I also had some work done on my garage doors, had a new sliding door to the deck installed, and roof, flashing and fascia repaired. All was done quickly and I couldn't be happier with the results. I will definitelyuse JNG again this year, have another list of projects for them to do!"
