"Jason from L&M Construction quoted a very fair price, did an excel lent job in replacing our exsisting roofing, cleaned up thoroughly, and overall was a pleasure to deal with. We had multiple communications during the job and he was always accomadating and even keeled in his approach. Subsequently we have used him again for flood repairs and consultations on home improvements and never been disappointed. I strongly recommend L&M Construction and will be definitely be using them again."

"once the work was completed the drain worked fine. but it was a real pain to get them to appear at home. firstly, the original appointed time was not kept because plumber forgot. a new time was set but he did not appear. then he said he would send someone else. we waited again for the new plumber to come. we waited for quite some time before someone finally appeared. i can understand that these people could be very busy, but a little courtesy and respect for our time would have been appreciated. a phone call is so easy make to update us on ETA. it was a good thing there was someone at home to let them in. after he had assessed what needed to be done, he said he would be back the next day at an appointed hour. he did come back the following day as he had said and completed the job."

"Jody at Green Builders is really great and has helped us out on several home projects. Specifically, he built extensive shelving in our basement for storage, built, beautifully finished and installed raised beds in our yard and repaired the feet of an armoire that has been in our family for generations. Jody is punctual, friendly, and gets the job done on time and on budget and most importantly gets it done right the first time. His communication is outstanding and his far ranging skills lend themselves to just about any project. "Excellent, Josh was great and got both jobs done in a half day. He made sure I could pull down attic stairs and get them back up and I love my new attic stairs."

"It took a couple of weeks to schedule it. He came when he said he would. I'm not sure if I would use him again. He has some barbecue business on the side and it seems like he is more interested in the barbecue business than his construction business. He was very personable. He did lose my phone number but people lose phone numbers, that's not a big deal. There were a couple of problems that were really hard to solve and he just seem to use a lot of ingenuity in figuring them out. He didn't just say, I can't figure this out. There were several of the problems that really required some thinking, some planning and just problem solving, he was good at that. He didn't just say, I couldn't get this done, he worked at figuring it out."
