"Purchased coupon on August 11, 2011.  Because I was remodeling my kitchen myself after work and weekends, I didn't have time to deal with the creating the room drafts, plans, layouts or measurements she required.  I did contact Jill and explain the situation and she was very understanding.  She said because I contacted her, not to worry about the deadline.  I remained in contact with her over the next few years (that's how long it took me) and when I was ready around the start of 2014, she worked hard to provide her new design.

I could also upload photos of things that inspire me to show the styles and colors I like or dislike. They also use your Pinterest and Houzz.com 'likes' to get ideas. A completed package of ideas for everything from area rugs and furniture to accessories are then posted into your profile on their website. It's a one time posting. If you want additional help or want to make changes, an upgrade to the $99 package is required.
The decorator I worked with was friendly and professional. This is a great idea in concept, but I think it would be better to have someone come to the house. I have not used any of the suggestions in my package, but it was worth $25 to try it out.

"Cannot really answer these questions honestly, as the actual remodeling job has not been started. The material is ordered, but in the beginning, Tate said the job would start in late June. However, when he returned again to measure and choose the cabinets I asked when it would be started he said not until late Sept. Which was a great disappointment for me. I paid $9,000 that day so he could order the cabinets etc. (Which he did. Tate is very accommodating and knowledgeable and pleasant to work with. I guess the delay is due to the waiting time for the cabinets to be ready. Hopefully, the job will not be delayed again!"
