"We started out discussing what I wanted done, and realistically I was told what was possible in the 8 hours I prepaid.  They did an outstanding job communicating about any issues that came up (such as drywall tape that needed repair, dents and nails that had popped.  They did an outstanding job repairing all the issues.  With the extent of repair to the drywall due to the fact that my house is 42 years old, they fixed every nook and cranny that I didn't even notice until they pointed it out.  They did a great job cleaning up.  They moved the furniture carefully and put everything back into it's place.  After they had finished what they had told me was realistic, they tried to finish another ceiling but ended up patching it and prepping it for paint.  They worked every minute.  Outstanding job!

The job was scheduled to take one week and they finished in five days. The five man crew, led by Chris, always arrived on time and cleaned up everything at the end of the day. They were polite and respectful of my home and property. We have hired many painters and they were the best that we've ever had. "KBR did a fine job in doing a total renovation of my main bathroom. Since my house was built in 1952, the bathroom was not large in size but was in need of a full renovation. Sim was very helpful in guiding me through the selection of materials for the walls, floor, vanity top and other fixtures. The work was done on time and in a professional manner. The technicians were very good about cleaning up after each day's work. I was very pleased with the finished job."

"Marty and his crew took about a week to do (right on schedule) and we were extremely satisfied with the work that they did. He cleaned up the workspace every day and was very organized with his work and equipment. Important when they are going to be there for a week and you have small children. A lot of the trim in the house was already custom made and they were able to make the exact same trim as ours and blend it with what we had. This was very important because we have a 100 year old Victorian home and we wanted to match it as best possible. We also had a pillar in our kids toy room and they made a customized enclosure for and it. They blended and matched everything very well.
The most important part of the job was the custom pedestal that they made for our washer and dryer. The floor was severely sloped in our laundry room and we had them build a level pedestal that had a working drain pan in it. They were able to blend it with the rest of the trim in the room and now our washer and dryer are level and we don't have to worry about it being off balance or overflowing onto the floor. We are renting out our house for the next few years and we will keep Paragon Custom Interiors as our all around interior specialist. We look forward to doing business with them again."
