"This was definitely a 5 star operation from the initial discussions to the finishing touches! For a major renovation and upgrade to our master bathroom we reviewed potential contractors and their customer comments. VKB stood out. Our VKB designer Sean clearly has artistic talent and lots of design experience. He patiently worked with us, showing us 3D design options as we considered alternative configurations and materials. When we were satisfied with the design, Sean transitioned us smoothly to the build phase, introducing Jason as our project manager and Walter as our crew chief. Sean personally familiarized Jason with the project, inviting us to share our thoughts and any concerns. During the renovation, Walter and his crew would carefully isolate the MBR work from the rest of the house, sealing off the room and path to the front door with plastic barriers and floor coverings every morning and remove them every evening. Everyone was polite and sensitive to our living space. Jason was responsive to our wishes to refine several design aspects as the work proceeded, and Walter and his crew smoothly made the alterations. After the main construction was completed Jason remained very attentive to our ‘punch list’ of remaining details and our questions until all had been resolved. Walter ensured very high-quality work down to the finest detail. All the work from design to completion was well within the timeframe we had hoped. In the end, we have a beautiful MBR well beyond our original expectations!"

"I recently hired All Renovations to complete a whole basement renovation (demolition, all new electrical and framing; adding a wet bar, laundry space, and full bathroom). Omar, Jim, Tony, and the rest of the team were professional and responsive at every stage of the process. They answered all of my questions in a timely manner and addressed any concerns that came up throughout the project with flexibility and a commitment to high quality work. Having received multiple project quotes from different companies, All Renovations provided a competitive price point and stayed within my budget. I am very happy with their work and highly recommend them for your large-scale project."

"Click did a great job updating our kitchen and sunroom. Both rooms were last renovated in the 1970's and definitely needed some attention. Alan listened to our requests, made recommendations, and brought the whole thing together. My family left town for duration of the work and Alan did a good job communicating and sending pictures. Work was completed on schedule and within budget even with the unexpected things you find in an older home. Highly recommended."

"Devin Nasvaderani of Marvel Homes rebuilt my small bathroom
from subfloor to ceiling.  Water had
leaked down through the subfloor into the dining room downstairs, so the entire
bathroom had to be rebuilt.  I took
several months to talk to a number of contractors, and I am very glad I got
Devin.  Devin listened carefully to what
I wanted, making suggestions as requested but never trying to ?upsell? me.  As an old budget officer, I was determined to
make sure there were no surprises at the end, but not only was the work
completed on time and on budget, but the extra items I ended up asking for were
delivered at less than I had expected, and were done with the same excellent
quality as the scope work.  In some
cases, Devin advised me strongly that some work the other contractors said
would ?probably? be needed, was not needed.  His ?allowances? for tile and plumbing were
the only realistic such estimates I got from any contractor, and he passed on
his contractor discount to me at the tile and plumbing shops, allowing me to
build a very nice, quality bathroom at less than the originally estimated price
point.
The work quality was excellent, and his crew were
professional, polite, clean and non disruptive.
He managed to gain me several more inches inside the shower, put
insulation against the outside wall that the original home builder had not
bothered with, and generally fixed up all the weak points of the original
bathroom.  The bathroom, although small,
is the ?master bathroom? so the crew had to go through my bedroom to access it.  Each morning, they covered everything in my
room with plastic, put tarps from the front door to the bathroom, and every
evening removed everything and vacuumed, leaving my room absolutely clean each
night.  They were even fairly quiet,
considering the nature of the work. (the hammering etc sounded ?precise? and
methodical to my untrained ear, never just banging away.)  So, my highest recommendations for this work.

"Remodeled my bathroom, built a deck with trex, put in 2 exterior doors. Remodeled my family room."

"Scott and his crew did an amazing job. I am writing this one year after the job was completed, and we are still very happy with all aspects of the finished project. Scott was very responsible and responsive, and he was communicative. They showed up when they said they would and they did what they said they would do, and they did it well. We were pleased with them from start to finish. Very reasonably priced. Worked well with us, from easy discussions on the planning to modifications during the build-out. They took an unfinished cinder-block shell and turned it into a part of our home that is livable, functional, and beautiful, including a new rec room, laundry, in-law suite with kitchenette and bathroom, and bedroom, with all-new plumbing, electrical, tile, flooring, walls, and more. The performed high quality work that has withstood the test of time. It was one of the best contractor experiences and end-products I have had, and I would unreservedly recommend or rehire DiJulio Contracting again."

"We have hired Navid for several projects; large and small, including a complete bathroom renovation, a new patio, tile work in the kitchen and replacing trim on the outside of our house. The team is very skilled, always does something a little extra and are very trustworthy."

"We had our master bathroom completely remodeled by PI Kitchen and Bath Leesburg and love the finished space. The old bathroom was dated and we wanted something brighter, cleaner and more comfortable without choosing finishes that would look outdated again in a few years. Everyone we dealt with was professional and easy to communicate with. Partway through the renovation, there was an unexpected issue that needed to be addressed before the crew could continue. Our project manager kept us informed, explained the options and made sure it was handled correctly rather than simply rushing through it to stay on schedule. We really appreciated that. The tile work turned out beautifully and the whole bathroom feels completely different. We are very happy we finally decided to do the renovation."

"We contracted with Best Homes to complete a major renovation of our house prior to sale. Best Homes provided a timely quote, showed up when they said they would, and did outstanding work on the house. They completed major sheetrock repairs throughout the house, painted ceilings, walls and cabinets, installed new engineered hardwood flooring, installed many new light fixtures, replaced dated switches and plates, and replaced dated hardware. When a home inspection identified a few issues, Best Homes returned and made corrections. They stand behind their work. The work that Best Homes did has received many compliments from realtors and potential home buyers."

"Kozan Construction did an excellent job remodeling our home. Frank, the iwner of Kozan Construction, was always professional in his communications with us. His cost for major renovation was reasonable and fair. This was a complete gutting and renovation of an old home that was in very poor condition. His knowledge was extensive. We would highlyrecommend Kozan Construction for any renovation job."
