"Best construction job ever! Great price. Beautiful floors - one new wood floor and one refinished wood floor. People showed up when they said they would. Project took less time than estimated - and we had more accessibility to other floors in the house than we thought we would have. They moved all of the heavy furniture we were not able to and put them back when they were done. They did a great job at limiting dust and debris. Workers were wonderful. And most importantly, floors look GREAT!!!"

"A year ago, we had William refinish our floors; he did a great job-- also on painting! Sadly, during the year a dog became in ill an unbeknownst to us had accidents on a rug covering the newly done floors- the moisture seeped into the wood; it needed to be repaired. William did the repair for a reasonable price. Unfortunately, initially the repair didn't look good- I contacted William. He came back and agreed that it didn't come out as he'd hoped (he'd had to replace boards, re-stain and varnish the area). He came back again, re-did the work for no additional fee and it looks GORGEOUS. He showed great integrity and commitment to quality- his disappointment in the original repair was evident on his face. He is not always super quick to get back to you- but I found him to be responsive to polite persistence. He is now my "floor guy"-- we're moving and he'll be the person I call for any flooring related needs."

They were able to flexibly arrange a short and easy estimate where they showed up on time and asked some great questions about the project (which was installing new vinyl flooring in our basement den). They were very responsive in sending the quote and setting the project date. The two team members who did the work were awesome - friendly, knowledgeable, hard working, and very easy to work with. "Ned, the owner, came out to the house and explained our options to us. On the first floor we had maple flooring that was 30 years old and in bad shape. We decided to install new oak flooring (785) sq. feet. Two weeks later, Jose, Kenny, and Renaldo showed up to rip up the old flooring. Two days later the new oak was installed and it looked terrific. The guys were very pleasant, professional, and they cleaned up everything, especially taking away all the old flooring. I have no reservations about recommending this company"
