"We recently had our home’s siding and gutters completely redone by Home Genius Exteriors in Connecticut, and I couldn’t be happier with the final result. Our house looks absolutely beautiful — modern, clean, and upgraded in every way. It’s exactly what we hoped for and more. My son Keith was our sales rep, and he did a fantastic job guiding us through the options and making sure we chose the right products for our home. From the beginning, the whole team was professional and communicative. The project had a few bumps along the way — the siding portion took longer than expected due to an unforeseen issue — but the team handled everything transparently. "Customer Svc (calling into the office for scheduling/ followup) huge pain. The scheduling process is tedious. They pummel you with a barrage of emails, texts, phone calls. Their price is double other reasonable specific providers vs local handyman providers. I went with these guys based on their claim they *fix/repair* any minor defects. My oversized gutters were new a few years b4 service. I cleaned the gutters myself up until Ned Stevens work. I thought the check and fix was a good decision. As a result of this work, I now have downspouts separating from the gutter that I cannot fix myself. I expected much more for $190. Their *deals* $7 off , 10% off offer no value in my opinion."
