Since this season is busy with exterior painting, and we were willing to be flexible with scheduling, he was able to come out on a rainy day and perform the work much sooner than otherwise would be possible. We ended up paying him a little bit more than he'd asked for because we added some additional scope of work. "Maybe they do amazing work, I have no idea. I called 3 times over the course of 2 weeks and submitted requests for estimates twice. I spoke with someone 2 or 3 times on the phone and each time I was either told to go submit a request on the website or that he remembered my note and would go find it and email me with a time to set up an appointment asap. It never went any farther than that. If you are too busy or have other things going on and can't respond, that's totally understandable but please just say so so I don't waste my time. I'm rating a C b/c I'm going on the assumption that SOMETHING was going on that would legitimately explain this otherwise inexcusable behavior."
